Feeling awesommmme!!!!!!!!!!
Firstly - i admit - i couldnt stick to my diet on the weekend. Actually, its impossible for me to diet on a weekend - thanks to my psychotic friends n family. BUT i found a way to cover it up - I hit the Gym with a vengeance!!!!!
Finally - after 11 months of no gymming, getting back to it was like FALLING IN LUST all over again. In lust with adrenaline.
My muscles are still aching from last nights workout - but i find it a sort of afterglow. Simply love it!!
The best part - I'm 66 Kgs right now!!!!! Just 1 Kg short of my target!
Damn, it feels great! Now for that one final Kg - i have one whole week! :D
Change in workout/diet plan:
I've decided i'm not going to diet at all this week. In the sense that'll i'll eat - but mostly proteins. So in case i put on a little, it'll still be only muscle. And yet with all the cardio i do, I'll shed that Kg within this week.
Seems like a good idea as of now. Yet feels so near yet so far............................. mmmmmmmmmm

You're closer to the 65 than me ... I still have 4.3 kgs to go... I lost 4 lbs (about 2 kgs) in a week and a half but then it stalllled... so here i am ... but i figure if it's just a little lower every day then I'm making progress!
But I'm still workin my way down ... from 76 to 69 has been a journey and it is stilll going ...
