Kilo Kilo Se Tondh Badhta Hai - Day 3

I've eaten like a slob for a day .
Chinese food for lunch. Yummmmm. (bad idea)
Shammi Kababs, Shahi Plate, Shahi platter, Mutton Chaap, Kheema parathas, Rotis, Maaza, Pista Icecream and Chicken Sanju baba. (At noor mohammedi - awesome place) (Everything in pure ghee - Superrr bad idea)

How do i cover for this messs?
The next day:
I ate eggs for breakfast.
Pineapple for lunch.
I walked from goregaon to andheri and back.
I climbed 10 floors up and down - 6 times.
Ate 2 rotis and sabji for dinner.
And drank around 6 bottles of water.

It's ahead to the next day now - and the damage seems to be covered for :)
and just by the way.......
now I think it's time to join the gym - WITH A VENGEANCE.

This is why i love reading your blog. I am crzy too ;), and proud of it. It´s nice to see there are people out there that seem to look at the world with wonder each day.
