OK. Here's the ultimate truth:
Losing weight with only workouts is NOT possible!
I've worked out moderately, and as i had decided earlier, did not diet. Ate like a hog. All the yummy food available.
As a result - I'm, still stuck at 65.50!!!
So now i have to lose that last 0.50 kgs - and i'm gonna do it full swing - no more stretching this out.
This weight is going off me in 3 days - come whatever!
See ya at the end of this 5 kilo journey in 3 days!
