Kilo Kilo Se Tondh Badhta Hai - just one more episode to go!
Losing weight with only workouts is NOT possible!
I've worked out moderately, and as i had decided earlier, did not diet. Ate like a hog. All the yummy food available.
As a result - I'm, still stuck at 65.50!!!
So now i have to lose that last 0.50 kgs - and i'm gonna do it full swing - no more stretching this out.
This weight is going off me in 3 days - come whatever!
See ya at the end of this 5 kilo journey in 3 days!

Kilo Kilo se Tondh Badhta Hai - Day 16
Firstly - i admit - i couldnt stick to my diet on the weekend. Actually, its impossible for me to diet on a weekend - thanks to my psychotic friends n family. BUT i found a way to cover it up - I hit the Gym with a vengeance!!!!!
Finally - after 11 months of no gymming, getting back to it was like FALLING IN LUST all over again. In lust with adrenaline.
My muscles are still aching from last nights workout - but i find it a sort of afterglow. Simply love it!!
The best part - I'm 66 Kgs right now!!!!! Just 1 Kg short of my target!
Damn, it feels great! Now for that one final Kg - i have one whole week! :D
Change in workout/diet plan:
I've decided i'm not going to diet at all this week. In the sense that'll i'll eat - but mostly proteins. So in case i put on a little, it'll still be only muscle. And yet with all the cardio i do, I'll shed that Kg within this week.
Seems like a good idea as of now. Yet feels so near yet so far............................. mmmmmmmmmm

Kilo Kilo se Tondh badhta Hai - Day 12
No i havent put on. but i havent managed to lose anymore either - im still at 67.
Thanks to my job - last minute pitch works and holiday binges!!!
I havent even found time to join the gym!!
nothing doing - on monday, i got to got to got to go and join that gym!!!!!!!!!!
for now - the weekend plan is loadddddddds of walking.
Absolute dieting. and zero cheating.
Tough to do ona a weekend, but i got to do this!!!!
Aiming for getting to 65 and getting absolutely lean again by the end of next week - that's 21st!
And to top that, i also have to go for my MRI scan in teh coming week!

Kilo Kilo Se Tondh Badhta Hai - end of Wk 1!
I've behaved :) and the results are goood :)
I've continued ating moderate meals.
Walking instead of taking Rickshaws.
Climbing stairs instead of taking lifts.
And for an hour each day - Walking or climbing up and down the stairs.
For a day i sneaked in a small dumbell workout - with more repetitions and less weights and some basic stretches. (This i had to do with my NECK COLLAr on - coz the neck still hurts with heavy weights.) I've consulted the doctor and he's said that moderate, low weight workouts are fine. I should gradually be intensifying them.
Have to go for an MRI scan for my neck after the next week.
For a fun twist, instead of working out, i chose to party on saturday night.
Stupid place - BLING. Over priced. Ill managed. And definitely not bang for the buck. The only great part is that it's open till 3.30! :) yeppp! 3.30!! :D So i managed to have a great time - danced all night. Don't have alcohol so just had a Red Bull. And walked back home in the night. Ah Nirvana ! :)
67 KGS.
So, one weeks done. the Abs are back. 4 of them. The stomach is visibly flatter. The skin is alive again - Someone else noticed that. not me :)
And I'm almost 3 Kgs lesser :) Damn! i like that! :)
Now comes the tough part - SUSTAINING THIS! and continuing to improve on it!!!
Got long diustance travel and family events that i'm committed to this week. I'm looking to get through them by sneaking in treks and mountaineering to balance the junk diets of travel food and family feats :)
As long as im charged, I'm sure things will all go great! :)

Kilo Kilo Se Tondh Badhta Hai - Day 3
Chinese food for lunch. Yummmmm. (bad idea)
Shammi Kababs, Shahi Plate, Shahi platter, Mutton Chaap, Kheema parathas, Rotis, Maaza, Pista Icecream and Chicken Sanju baba. (At noor mohammedi - awesome place) (Everything in pure ghee - Superrr bad idea)
How do i cover for this messs?
The next day:
I ate eggs for breakfast.
Pineapple for lunch.
I walked from goregaon to andheri and back.
I climbed 10 floors up and down - 6 times.
Ate 2 rotis and sabji for dinner.
And drank around 6 bottles of water.
It's ahead to the next day now - and the damage seems to be covered for :)
and just by the way.......
now I think it's time to join the gym - WITH A VENGEANCE.

Kilo Kilo se Tondh Badhta Hai - Day 1
Ate a pineapple at lunch.
Drank bournvita.
Had an omlette.
And at the end of the day, just decided to walk back hme. all he way.
Goregaon to sion. Approx 12 kms. 2 and a half hours.
That burnt calories for sure - but also put my mind into perspective. Helped me realise a few things and clear the mess in my mind. It's strange how simply taking a walk can help you think better.
I watched a brawl. Saw love. Played with dogs. Jogged a lil. Shared some water with a cabbie.
Thought. and walked. and walked. and walked.
I walked... home. Literally. To a place in my mind that i know as home.
I definitely must have lost some weight today. That tondh is a little lesser. But i guess i gained much more - a perspective that makes my mind, my self much better.

Kilo Kilo se Tondh Badhta Hai!
Seventy blooody Kgs! i've shot up the kilos like a baby dinosaur!!!!
10 months of no gym. Doctor's advise to rest. A desk job. An undying love for food. And shit is bound to happen!
My abs are almost at flabs. :( my definition is at negligible levels. and im looking like chubbysaurus rex!!!!
But now im at shit's end. And this has got to get under control now. So WTF - im going to blog it all out.
Starting today, im on a journey to lose 5 Kgs - get back in perfect shape - and how!!!
And im going to record each day - each technique - and each measure taken on the way there.
It's even more difficult with an injured neck - which actually makes it even more challenging. And add to that that i won't take any cheat measure, or any form of unhealthy weight-loss measure. Damn its difficult. Which is why this is guaranteed to be fun!!!
(makes me think im a masochist!!!)
So here goes -
1st march and im at 70 kgs.
Any guesses how long will it take to get o 65? Take your pick :)
