you frolic there in abundance,
ages quickly move on...
you stand around in admiration,
and things move on...
you stand there alone... staring into the stars,
you stand there by yourself,
and people walk on...
bustling crowds at times...
and fewer and fewer,
down the passage of time...
you then stand there teary eyed,
and your ties move on...
bonds and words and telltale mementos...
you stand there reminiscing
and years walk on...
change moves on...
people move on...
you walk slowly bleeding...
and your soul moves on...
you stand there now empty...
as time walks on.
